Resort Maintenance Technician — Northwoods, Wisconsin

Duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, cabins, and common areas.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting within your skill level; escalate licensed work as needed.
• Respond to guest and property work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect units between stays; fix minor issues before check-in.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean shop/work area.
• Follow safety standards and property-specific checklists.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to Northwoods-area properties.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including some weekends and peak season days.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in Wisconsin weather.
• General maintenance experience preferred; trade skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Clear communication with guests and the Timberlake team.

Pay and schedule

$20–$25 per hour depending on experience

• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Daytime focus with occasional on-call for urgent property needs.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.
