Resort Housekeeper / Room Attendant — Northwoods, Wisconsin

Duties

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, cabins, and common areas to high hospitality standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, restock towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
• Report maintenance issues and inventory needs.
• Follow property-specific checklists and quality standards.
• Ensure guest-ready condition before each check-in.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to Northwoods-area properties.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and move between rooms.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required — we provide paid training.
• Must pass a background check.

Pay and schedule

$16–$20 per hour depending on experience

• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Daytime shifts, primarily weekends and peak season days.
• Paid training provided.
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties.
